BRIEF: To create a fun, interactive, urban space in East London for a new line of Swatch watches
WHY:  To Launch Urban Expression as well as Highlights of the Fall/Winter collection
WHERE: Blackall Studios, East London
WHO: 150 invited guests, trend setters, influencers and press
WHAT WE DID: Branded and styled the venue and organised the entertainment which included an interactive graffiti wall and street dancers who entertained guests throughout the night in front of an ever changing wall projection. Guests dined on fun cocktails and canapés before leaving with a free Swatch watch dispensed through our branded vending machine.
WHAT THEY THOUGHT: “Thank you SO much for all your hard work and pulling such a brilliant concept together at the last minute".

Havas Summer Fiesta | Wonderland Events

Havas Summer Fiesta

BRIEF: To create a Mexican Fiesta themed Summer Party for leading media agency, Havas.

WHY: The annual summer party to celebrate the company's achievements in the past year.

WHERE: Monkton Barn Galleries, Marlow, Buckinghamshire

WHO: The Wonderful Havas Employees (200 people)

WHAT WE DID: We sourced the ideal venue and organised a Mexican themed music festival with a mariachi band and live acts playing on the main stage, headlined by the Magic Numbers and Chloe Howl. We created bespoke peep photo wall, a fake beach with real palm trees, Mexican rug covered hay bale seating, space hopper race, chilli drinking games, piñata competitions, mexican fancy dress box and photo area, inflatable palm trees, lifesize ‘Pin The Tail on the Donkey’ Tequila Girls & Margaritas Stations. Not forgetting the Bucking Bronco!

WHAT THEY ATE: Authentic Mexican Street Food; Tacos, Burritos, Nachos, Chilli Con Carne & Rice

WHAT THEY THOUGHT: “Thank you so much for making this the best Music Festival that we’ve had on to date! The Wonderland Team’s total collaboration, clever thinking & ‘hands on’ approach meant we could stretch our budget which resulted in EVERYONE enjoying themselves.
